KA24E to KA24DE Swap - consult possible?

I have a DOHC swap in my '90 and I am looking at using NIStune to run a turbo setup. NIStune interfaces the ECU through the consult port. From the reading I've done, the 89-90's did not come with the consult connector. I'm guessing I can just get a connector from a 91-94 model (or any other nissan that has one) and splice wires from the ECU, correct?

OK, looks as if I just need to tap into these wires off the ECU and splice into the consult plug wires (correct me if I am wrong):

-Power-Ground-TX (pin15)-RX (pin 7)-CLK (pin 23)

Is the correct CLK pin 14 or 23?
