ka24e to ka24de problems

I just swapped a Ka24de into my 89 240sx. I have two problems with starting the car. I don't have any fuel or spark at the engine, but the engine will turn over. i have two plugs under the dash that are not pulled up.it is the top two plugs in the picture. I used a 93 240sx 5 speed computer but my car is automatic.are the pinouts differant on a 5 speed computer than the ones on a automatic computer?any info that help?

you can use and a/t ecu for a 5-speed but not a 5-speed ecu for an a/t. you will need an a/t ecu.
