I have read a lot of forums and talked to a lot of my drift buddies and I have been getting a lot of different answers. I am doing a KA24DE swap in my '90 Hatchback, and I know I need to swap the steel lines that run along the subframe. I have heard there is a way to bend the tubing to convert it to a DE, but run a DE pump... Has anyone ever heard of doing it this way or seen it done? If so, how does one go about doing this?

Just buy the isis steel line and call it a day. Are you racing this car? The hard lines that run along the rack are used for cooling purposes thats all if your not racing the car then you really dont "need" them. But if you have your heart set on it then just bend some tubing. Make sure you get the good stuff and the right thickness

If you are going to road race or drift, you should have an aftermarket power steering cooler as well.

Agreed. You can install one for about 100$
