So I have the motor in. Everything is hooked up and the wires are connected but one. I bought a lower engine wiring harness for the KA24DE off FRsport.com and it seems that one connector is wrong. The wire for the coil is different. The female connector that is attached to the fuse box has 4 wires and 4 plugs on the inside. The connector FRsport gave me has 2...

What can I do to fix this? Is this the right lower wiring harness? The engine will crank but wont start. I'm thinking this is the problem since it's the coil connector. Is it possible that the SOHC and DOHC fuse boxes are different perhaps? I Don't have a clue  . Any light on this would be great! :yesnod

Thanks in Advance guys,

Evan

im confused by your post. the coil connects to the engine bay harness and is located on the driver side of the engine bay, across from the lower harness. the lower harness should only connect to the battery, relay box, starter, alt, oil pressure sensor, and transmission. most of the wires in the lower harness go to the transmission. maybe some photos would clear things up.

Yeah I'll get some pictures up. I'm confusing myself. Maybe it isn't the coil connector, but the connector I am referring to has 4 wires, it connects to the fuse box(The side opposite of the battery) The actual connector is somewhat underneath the box. The connector on the wiring harness I bought has 2 wires. I'll get pictures up in a minute.
