ka24e to a 300zx

i have a 1989 nissan 240sx se i blew the engine over a year and a half ago. i found a 300zx twin turbo that i wondering if i will fit. if you know of a web site or can help me on what engine mounts, wiring harness, or what ever else i would need could you help me out
