ok i have looked for the correct info and im not finding wat i need, i had a rattle from wat turned out to be the timing chain guide had broke, so i pulled my engine apart, i have the head off and all that is stopping me is verifying that the timing marks are inline to tdc which i cant find or work out, i have the crank at tdc which has the keyway pointing up and the little slit type thing on the crank gear sitting about 4-5 oclock position, but how do i know if it is correct, and then with the cam i have the dowel pointing up and kind of inline with the #1 cam cap arrow, and the little dot is around 3 oclock position, i dont want to put it together knowing what can happen if i get it wrong, there is so much info on ka24De but not ka24E which is what i need, pictures or good knowledge readable will be so much appreciated, please guys help me if you can, kind regards nathan.
