Switched to Mobil1 5w30 rattle starts.Switched to Valvoling Durablend 10w30, no more rattle.

Was told by a Nissan tech friend of mine that I should run STP oil treatment along with 10w30, that'll make my engine purr. So far, he's right.

What kind of oil filter are you using? If it doesn't have the check valve in it to retain pressure when the engine is shut off, it will cause this problem.
