KA24E Timing Chain Guide Removal Instructions PLZ

I am new to posting but not to the site all together. My car is rattling at start up. I have been told and read that it could be my timing chain guides. I have been told that there is a way to remove the guides for the timing chain. I have looked on the site, but the only things I can find are for the KA24DEs. THis is a problem because I have a KA24e on my 90 240sx. If someone could PLZ help me, and tell me how to remove them without replacing them. I would appreciate very much. Thank You.
