ka24e timing aghhh

so over the weekend i have taken the head off polished everything resealed everything snaped it back on had hard time starting it bearly got it goin and car runs like *** sounds like a civic and leaks power like a sunfire once you gas rpms don't go up how they supose too. Wel i figure its timing the crank must of moved a notch or two as well when i took the cam out to change valve seals i never marked it ..am i aa dumb *** So is there a way to correct timing without removing timing chain cover ???:help and if there is no other way how can i remove my timing cover the fast way becouse according to the manual you need to drain alll fluids and remove rad and so on....:confused:
