ka24e-t wont start not getting fuel (pics) PLZ HELP!!!!

I have spark and my compression is 170 all the way across but no fuel I can hear the fuel pump turn on the lines are pressurizzed but the injectors wont open i checked voltage and there only getting .08volts i dnt know why and when i check voltage at the ecu i got nuthing. PLZ HELP!!!!!i remove all smog related sensors i have arias pistons, eagle rods, everything balance ,t4 turbo, 550cc rc injectors( i have tryed both the rc and the stock ka24e injector niether will shoot) any ideas would help

check the fuse in the fuse box under the hood and check and see if the relays are clicking on in the passenger side of the car

the relays are clicking and after messing with relays now i got 2.84 volts at the ecu for each injector

Double check and make sure fuel lines are hooked up right. I had mine reverse one time and it prevented the motor from starting.

i did that still wont start i am only reading 2.8 volts going to the injectors but i had 14.6 ohms aat each injector so there good so does this mean theres a open in the wiring for the injectors
