is the ka24e able to handle alot of power? cuz i have a ka24e and im planing to turbo that or should i go with the sr20swap?

Depends. I've heard that some Ka's with stock internals can take up to 400 hp. But like i said it depends, a lot on the condition of the engine, how many miles, how much service. I'm sure that putting a turbo on a KA will be less costly than swapping in an SR though.
