ok i hope i dont sound really stupid but here i go. im starting to piece together a custom turbo kit for my ka24e 89 240sx.

this is what i can afford soo far...

turbo manifold-

turbo- ( not sure what size yet but something small)

downpipe-

external wastegate-

Steel braded oil line from block to turbo-

Rubber oil line from turbo back to oil pan-

now my question is where do i mount my bov? i already have an hks bov just not the flang yet

most bov i see on other people cars are on the intercooler pipes. sence i have no intercooler where would i mount it? or is there no way to use it sence i have no intercooler?

sorry if i sound lost i just dont know where it goes. thanks ahead of time.

It goes on the charge piping after the turbo/before the throttle body. It's the same piping just minus the intercooler. Since you plan on going with a small turbo you could just get one with an internal wastegate and put the money saved into an intercooler. The stock sr sidemount would work great for a low boost application. they can also be had for fairly cheap.

Also, i noticed you didn't have any fuel enrichment on your list or an o2 housing(turbo elbow). These are necessary items that you will also need to consider.

p.s. I'm retarded , i just realized that many sr sidemounts have the stock sr bov attached to them so you could sell your other one to put towards the other necessary components.
