ka24e swap to ka24de

alright iam new, and i have a problem and iam looking to see if sumone can help me. i did a ka24e swap to ka24de on a 1990 240sx hatch, everything is connected and hooked up, the right way, i have spark and fuel. but everytime i try to crank the car, it sounds like if the battery is not charged, but its a new battery. and i checked the fuses every single one and everytime only one fuse blows which is 10A engine cont! dont know what else to do........... can anyone help me please???????
