Ka24e swap into 1998 Pathfinder

I have a KA24e I'd like to swap into my 1998 Pathfinder. The KA is a manual and the VG33E is an automatic. I don't want stick in the pathfinder though. Just want to swap the engines. Will this KA bolt up to my 4x4 auto transmission?

Also will I have to swap the ECU into the pathfinder also?

It's not an option for me to find another V6 for the Pathy. I already have the KA and the truck is a 4th vehicle I only use when it snows. I'll either do the swap or junk the Pathfinder. Any help would be appreciated. Thx a ton!
