over the weekend i put a lower mileage ka24e in my car the only thing that i can think of to cause any problems is when i removed the EGR and the secondary butterflys i did not block off the holes adequately, since then ive put gobs and gobs of JB weld around the block off plates. on start up the car revs to about 1500rpm then rapidly drops and stalls. i drove 30 miles the other day and sometimes it would hold idle not a strong idle but it held it and sometimes would stall... when i get going though there is great improvement from my last motor it seems like an additional 60hp... i s there anything else that could cause this problem or something that i have not done to fix this?

more driving, more JB weld... and now when i drive the first 2 minutes or so it runs pretty crapily almost as if was running rich kinda sputtering, then as if almost by magic it starts running fairly good not great but good... perhaps the heating of the motor expands the metal therfore sealing the vaccum leak or is it something else ps the car is throwing no codes, but on my first drive the seatbelt light would flash and all the seatbelts were belted idk if this is related or what

It sounds as if you have a vaccum problem or intake air leak. I also dont think JB weld is your solution. You should get a plate to cover the EGR passage.
