KA24E starting problems. HELP!!

Car: 1990 Nissan 240sx

The car can sit for awhile and start right up. But after i start the car and let it warm up, it wont restart when i shut it off. I have replaced a laundry list of parts and checked everything that i could think of. Does anyone have any ideas???

check ECU for codessounds like coolant temp sensor

Check engine light is not on. Dumb question, but on a 90 how do you check the ecu for codes?

there should be a plug under the dash that your consult tool plugs into and then u enter the VIN numbers it asks for and then you run the tests.
