KA24E SOHC JWT CAM or NISSAN HI-PERFORMANCE

i was just wondering what are the pro and cons between the Hi-Performance Cam (.402"/270 Degrees) from nissan motorsports and the S1 BILLET CAM 89-90 240SX 90-97 P/U E256 / I248 .422" from JWT. i plan on buying one of the two cams by the end of the next week. and as always all help is appreciated.

I am not 100% sure on the flow rate of the head.. but if the port design only has a flow rate of like.. .340 lift, the .400 lift cams wont help you out at all...

if you can find the Maximum flow rate of your head, then you can find the best camshaft to get.. IE if the max rate of flow for intake is .433 and the exhaust is .400 that means you need a camshaft/rocker arm combo that will achieve as close to those numbers, without going over.

im not fond of the nismo cams since they are low lift long duration cams which are purely for high rpm use and suck in daily driving. i would go with the other cam or a regrind available through PDM racing. these cams will make good power but they tend to retain more low end driveability too. just my 2 cents......
