hello. I have recently had put a lower mileage ka24e in and ran into an issue. The idle is at a constant ~750 rpm. The issue is that the engine shakes quite a bit. I turn on the engine and is fine for a few seconds and then begins to shake. I then unplugged the iacv and also the iaa solenoid and no drop in the idle as should occur once you unplug it. I have changed the iacv two times and the same result. I also checked all grounds and all are ok. In addition I cheked timing and set it to specs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

if you changed out the IACV, and nothing happens, run a voltage check. Make sure it is operating within spec.

I did check and there is voltage at the connector.

Well for some odd reason the idle is now responding by dropping, once i unplug the iaa solenoid. I also checked for ecu codes and came up with three:

12 Air flow meter circuit (believe is working fine, since i unplug it and engine struggles)13 Engine temperature sensor circuit (which i have replaced)45 Injector leakand 35 knock sensor (odd since ka24e do not have a knock sensor)

I am still stumped as to what the cause is. My next attempt will be to replace the injectors and/or the ecu.
