KA24E runs rough between 2 and 3 grand

Ive got a 89 240sx with a stock KA24E. Ive worked on and built many cars but this one is getting the best of me! When I first start it and drive around its great and no problems but if I shut it off and start it again, it hesitates and runs like s*** between 2 and 3 grand... Ive replaced the IACV and EGR but Im beginning to think it might be a bad injector. I just found a Chiltons for this car but its not really like the old Chiltons so its not much help. I hope someone has had this problem and knows whats going on.
