KA24E running on 2 cylinders

Hey guys, I have a KA24E but its running on 2 cylinders and theres white smoke coming out from the exhaust manifold side. Do I need to replace my head gasket, and is there any DIYs on it?

you need to do more diagnosing. have you tested for compression? what about getting spark? check the cam(s). I broke mine once and had no power in the rear two cylinders. what all have you checked?

Compression test it. . and get the piston problem fixed 1st. . .4cylinders not 2 lol. . White smoke= CoolantBlack smoke= Fuel
