KA24E Rocker Shaft Torque Specs?

I'm trying to find the torque specs for the rocker shaft bolts. This thanggg

I've searched and NICO is telling me 30 inch pounds and 240sx forums is telling me 30 ft lbs. It's not even listed in the 1989 - 1990 240SX FSM. Please halps.

37-41 N-m or 27-30 ft-lbs, per the FSM page EM-18.
