KA24E rebuild

I recently threw a rod in my single cam and am going to start ordering parts soon and was wondering what some of you guys might have used and some places to get decent parts. I'm getting my pistons and rods from Courtesy Nissan in texas, and just getting a crank out of a used motor and maybe even a used block, being that I still drive my car a little bit every now and then so the cylinder walls are probably not in the best shape. It just started knocking about two weeks ago,and is getting worse and worse. I guess the main question is what cost total am I looking at, I won't be able to get any of this at cost because we don't have dealerships with places that carry stock parts, and I don't want my bottom end to contain any parts that aren't factory.
