I want to get a Electric type fan for my Radiator for my '90 KA24E, jsut too free up some room and allow for some better air flow, I just need some sugestions from people that are running them on thier stock radiators. Thx

what specifically is the problem?

get an electric fan, take off the mechanical fan, take off the shroud, bold on electric fan, and wire it up to either a switch or so that it runs on ignition.

you could either go to the junkyard and a fan that would fit, or go $$ and order a FAL or similiar.

I'm running a 14" permacool I got from summitracing.com for I think under 100$. it doesn't cool my engine any better than the used 10" electric fan I bought for my brother's 89' coupe for 20$ from a local guy.

In my personal opinion your best option would be to go junkyard hopping and find a dual fan setup from a FWD car. I hear the Altima fans fit up with minor fabrication. I know Uncle_Louie83 is running an Acura Integra dual fan setup and it's been working good for him. if you go junkyard hopping you should be able to pick up something like that for cheap.

are those wired to switches? because i would imagine if they ran all the time your car would have a hard time warming up, no?

I run altima dual fans. Work great, especially if you get a good fan controller.

Currently have it hooked up to the greddy mss, just love it, don't even need to use both fans yet, so far first fan + koyo radiator keep it cool.

i used a 15" fan running with the ignition. my water temps would rise with the AC on during the day in the city.
