KA24E PCV Question Mech. Inclined PLEASE HELP!!

I need to know where the PCV hose goes to. The hose cracked up near the intake manifold where it connects to the pcv valve. Where does it go from there? How do I replace it?

It connects to the intake, on the right side as you are looking at the car from the front, a short bit (a few inches maybe) away from where the intake connects to the throttle body. This is from memory, so forgive me if it's a bit off . . . for replacement, you could try using a thick hose if you could find one, but the factory part is a fairly stiff tubing that I'm sure costs quite a bit, knowing Nissan.
