I just got an '89 240sx Coupe. I noticed it got horrible mileage on the drive home (approx. 130 miles, used over 1/2 tank). Checked it out, the o2 sensor wire was cut. Also spliced in 4 places. I looked on the .pdf of the service manual, and can't seem to locate where the wire should go. Have any of you had to re-run the wiring for the sensor? Where should I splice back into?

Thanks so much, I NEED to get this back for some decent mileage!

I'm not sure exactly what it is you need to know, but the o2 sensor wire goes from the o2 sensor in the exhaust manifold, across the back of the engine where it joins the main harness, through the firewall, and down to the ecu in the passenger side kick panel. It's a shielded wire so splicing in a normal wire in place of it is a bad idea.
