ka24e+noise=problem

I have a 89 ka24e motor, and its making some noise from the head. I know this kind of motors regularly make noise between the 2,000-3,000 RPM but mines never did.I turn the car on, and as soon I turn it on it starts doing it, when im driving its doing it, so i guess its worse than the other problem(the noise between the 2k-3k RPM).so if anyone one has any info on this that could tell me the best thing to do. that would help thanks.

sorry about my grammar i know its not the best, and i would record a video of it but i cant fine my DC....

what kind of noise? A ticking or rattling? How many miles on your motor?
