ka24e need help please

allright i have this problem when i first start up my car when its cold it runs fine untill it gets warmed up when i go to a stop it dies but it will start right up but i have to keep reving it but it will drive down the road fine but it just dies. only does it when it gets up to temp would the coolant temp sensor do that
