I have a 94 nissan hardbody w/ the ka24e motor and wanted to know if you Can put the dual over head cam head(ka24de head) on the ka24e block? is the same block? would it work?

I know this has been answered before. You could contact the dealer and do a serial number search. That would give you a definite answer in regards to compatability.

But I think yes, that you can do that. The only difference could be the piston/valve clearance at TDC. I bet one of the 240 boys would know for sure.
