KA24E Milled Cam Towers

I have OEM KA24E cam towers on my engine right now. I am looking to get a performance cam which requires the cam towers to be milled .25 inch. I was wondering if anyone had milled cam towers for sale, or for free.... or even for a possible trade for my OEM cam towers. It would just save me alot of hassle and $$$. I appreciate it guys!

You cant just buy the towers milled you have to take the head to a machine shop with the towers on it and have them do whats called align hone the cam journels to the oversize that you need them and its best to take the cam that you are going to use with you, so if there is any irregularity to it they can adjust for it.

that sounds a bit much for milled caps. I would think more like .020-.030inch. You can buy a cam that doesnt need cap modifications. Get some adjustable rockers too.

You mean .025". Trust me. That's a fucckin badass cam if it requires a 1/4 or an inch taken off

Anyways.. you have to take your cam towers down to a machine shop to do it. When I did it cost me right at 55 bucks.

yea, I did mean .025 inch. lol. Anyways, I decided on the C.404.H cam from PDM racing. I have just about everything else done bolt-on wise to my engine cept ITB's so I'm really looking forwards to getting around to the internals.
