ka24e lost power and runs rich

i have a 90 s13 hatch and my ka24e stock was running like crap and has been running like crap for a long time i have recently changed my injector seals because one was hissing and when i replaced it the old seal was ripped in half so i thought that was done after i changed them it really didnt help much i looked for vaccum leaks and found one vaccum line that had fallen off the fuel pressure regulater it helped for a day maybe than it started running like crap again the only time my motor runs good is when its cold i just changed my o2 sensor and got new spark plugs yesterday and no difference.... today i was with my girl and the most embarassing thing happened we came out of mcdonalds and my car wouldnt start i opened the hood and messed with the injectors turned them a little and anything that involved fuel because it sounded like fuel wasnt goin to the motor and recently i have noticed one injector was louder than the others im thinking it might be a fuel filter does anyone have any ideas to what else it could be??? i have lost alot of power and tooo much fuel consumption

A few other things that deal with fuel is the Engine Coolant Temp Sensor, Air Temp Sensor, and your Mass Air Flow Sensor. Your problem sounds like it might be the Engine Coolant Temp Sensor considering it runs better cold than hot. Only way to know is to check the resistance when it's cold and hot. Do you have black smoke from the exhaust when your car is warmed up?

ok i will ive checked my maf sensor and its fine but i havent checked the collant temp sensor i do have black smoke comin out of the exhaust yes.....

i checked the ects and the connectors were choroded and i cleaned them and the sensor is fine but the car still wont work right
