need more info is it turning fast enough? IS IT FLOODED? if you do have spark and you do have fuel i think the next step would be to check firing order Is it coughing (wanting to start but not quite starting) after you check firing order try to adjust timing by rotating the distributor (while still atached to the motor) if it still doesent start rotate the motor (using the bolt on the crank pulley works best to the second mark on the crank pulley (when you do this you have to make sure that the #1 cylinder is in its compression stroke you can either put your finger on the spark plug hole and see if pressure builds up or take off the valve cover and make sure all 4 valves on the #1 cylinder are closed) then make sure the rotor in the distributor is pointed at the #1 spark plug wire pickup on the cap. if all this is correct than it is probably a bad sensor or wiring harness or even ecu
