I have a 510 with a KA24E swap. The motor has bad bad bad rod knock so im looking for a cheap replacement to last the summer. i was planning on looking for another KA24E to keep costs low(saving for a SR this winter).

my question is if i got a KA24DE will the 24E trans mount to the 24DE block? i would think the blocks are different and it wouldnt but im new to the nissan thing so im just trying to get options.

the transmission from 89 - 93 are exactly the same.everything bolts up

cool! i guess i will have to keep an eye out for a DE with harness and ECU now.
