Ka24e Inchangeability With Ka24de

I have a question for the experts, my 89 240SX with the KA24E engine spun # 4 rod bearing and I need a new crank and rod. I have located a 92 KA24DE engine in good shape.Are the bottom ends in these engines the same?Thanks,Bob

Ive heard the cranks are the same, i dont know about the rods. The pistons interchange. But the block itself wont bolt to the sohc head.
