Ok i need some help on what i am missing with my ka24e and i have a idle issue. My issue only comes up and presents itself when the air temp drops below about 45 degrees. Being i live in nd and see air temps of below zero the colder it gets the worst it is. So here goes. I start the pickup warm and it ildes around 1200-1600 after about 30 seconds it spits and sputters anywhere from 200 to 800 and eventually will die. Usually sputters twice and dies.

List of things done and checked.
Mass air is new
Vaccume lines all seem good
Idle air valve new and clean
Idle air siloniod working
Coolant twmp sensor ohms good
Injectors ohm good
Egr seems to be working motor stalls when lifted
Idle air temp sensor new and ohms good
Fpr seems good. No fuel on vacume side of it. Havent tested fuel pressure
What am i missing here that i have a idle problem that is so temperature related. Im getting to be at my wits endwith this. Smells rich when started cold. If you sit in the pickup and bump the throttle you can hold it at 1300 rmps and it idles fine and drives fine. If its say 30 degrees air temp once the motor is warm it seems to go away however if its super cold it will die at a stop sign

Hi and welcome to NICO Club!

Have you checked your battery voltage, TPS and your timing yet? I'd check those in addition to most of what you've already checked. I've had erratic idle issues caused by a bad O2 sensor as well. I'd imagine you'd have a code at your ECU for that. Have you checked for codes? There's a way to do that with a screwdriver and counting blinking lights if you search a bit for it you'd find it.

Also, if you aren't using one yet, get an FSM and use that. We have a handful of them online and you could look for yours here (yours is listed under "hardbody"):

Codes have been pulled and i get idle air temp which i actually had unplugged at that time and speed sensor. So i get no codes. Fsm leads me to injectors but they ohm out good. Motor is freshly rebuilt and timing is good. What is causing this problem to be so temperature related?

Can you shake your wiring harness around the MAF and TPS sensors and see if it stumbles/idles up?
Lots of these vehicles are starting to get wiring issues :(
