KA24E cylinder head

Is the KA24E cylinder head off the Nissan Pickup compatible with the KA24E S13 block? I'm in need of a used head and there's a ton of old Pickups at my local junkyard but very few S13 and those are all dual cam. Are there any differences between the S13 and Pickup heads? I also need the camshaft and wanted to know if there's any differences in those as well.

Yes it will work.

you will want the s13 cam, trucks used a stump puller cam.
