ok I'll help out this once. SEARCH BIOTCH!Really the online fsm should cover that in detail.

Since you failed to do that I'll keep helping. You first remove all plugs for sensors,all vac line,and all water lines. Then get the exhaust and intake unbolted. Be sure to get the manifold stay from the bottom(sohc) 0f intake manifold. Then after all parts that are bolted to the head are removed you can pull the valve cover off. After that u will need to get the cam gear off with the tool or muscle. Dont forget to plug the chain so it stays in time on the bottom gear. Now you have all that done unbolt the head from the block.

Clean all matting surfaces and put back together.

Go to autozone.com and they have the chilton manuals available online for the 240sx. Click on the current vehilce link, put in your cars info, then click on the repair info link, and finally on the vehicle repair guides link, and viola, instant manual with pics.
