KA24E Crankshaft won't turn

Here's the story. Drove to the grocery store got what I needed and when I came out and started my 90 240 it started up just fine and died as if it just stalled. Oil is fine and maintain my 240 religously. Pulled starter, timing chain, and spark plugs and crank still won't turn. Even pulled main bearings and crank won't turn. Inside of cylinder looks fine and nothing in oil pan. PLEASE HELP! Don't want to give up on my 240.

Check the rod bearings also.
