Im new to the site and have recently acquired a 1989 240sx hachiroku [Hatch] I traded my 1990 Subaru legacy Wagon for it he needed it he just had a kid. The car looks like s*** but is in good shape to built from the ground up. I look under the hood to see a KA24E to see most of the wiring harness gone, bent condenser,Broken resovir, tubes and piping coming from everywhere, etc. So after realising my stupid decision I got to work and started tearing down the engine seeing whats broken or in ok shape to still be used Like my PWR Steering pump is in good shape just lots of caked up grease. Once I tear enough down in the engine bay I plan ripping the rest out the old fashion engine hoist and stand way from there I want to just have the block clean it then rebuild so it can take a Supercharger The cars for racing purposes and Im aware of the guy on here with the orange KA24E supercharged but he wasn't the one who gave me the idea.
So theres the story with not to many details and hoping its not to confusing.
So heres a question once all said and done engine block clean to a spit shine polish I would like to fine performance parts starting with the crankshaft Connecting rods, Pistons, Cam etc.
Are there any performance Crankshafts for the KA24E? Thank you for reading the post of a newbie like me.
