Ka24e crankshaft problem flywheel bolts broke half of them stuck on crankshaft

what should I do ? all 6 bolts broke. and all the halfs are stuck in the crankshaft. I tried removing them but no luck ? all the drill bits keep braking. im stressed out. should I just get a new crankshaft.?

how did they all break? If the drill bits keep snapping, you'll need the harder to find cobalt drill bits and then a prayer before you use the easy out kits. if that fails, yeah it might just be easier to get a new crank...

If you remove the crank and take it to a good machine shop, they will be able to remove them.

If I had to do it, I would use my rotary grinder with round stone to make a hole .... or, use cut- off discs to make a screw slot ... depends how close to surface they broke off.

Is the engine still in car? Is crank still in engine?
