Alright guys,

This has me completely fooled. I did a compression test on the engine and this is the scores:

#1 - 182#2 - 207#3 - 185#4 - 188

The problem being #2 has a high compression. The wierd thing being its the only spark plug that had oil all over the threads and spark areas. How does a cylinder with bad valve seals make a high compression?

Thanks for any help!

The oil leaking into the cylinder created a better seal than the others resulting in the higher reading. If you know the valve seals are bad then I would replace them and re-check after running the engine a while to burn our the oil.

Numbers look ok but may be incorrect due to bad seals.
