My KA24DE wont stop boging when I hit the gas, I've replaced alot of parts with no luck.
BOTH oem engine bay harnesses and ECU, coolant temp, TPS, Knock , and O2 sensors, I replaced the fuel pump( walbro), filter, and hoses, I replaced the Ignition transistor, NGK plugs and wires.
I tested the MAF sensor and used a friends to see if it made any difference and it didn't, I also tested the injectors by taking them out and priming the fuel pump to look for leaks and there were none.
The only code I get is 34 for knock sensor, but I've replaced all the wiring and the sensor, I have also heard that the knock sensor can put the car in limp mode which drops the ignition timing, although I have also heard the code 34 comes up any time the car bogs below 600 rpms. I ran ECU talk consult and the ingnition timing dropping was the only problem we noticed in the short time we had to do it. VancouverBC said " the ignition timing as you see it could be dropping or acting eccentrically because of a million other things"
Im also getting fuel in my oil, but my injectors aren't leaking. it seems like I have high fuel pressure but I have two good regulators and no psi gauge to test if its at 43 priming and 34 idle

This video was shot on a cell phone, NO my gauges dont work and NO my motor does not have rod knock ,or idle as rough as it may sound on your speakers, when it sounds like it stalling thats when the gas pedal is being pushed quickly, the time it revs high Im litely pushing the gas untill it just gives out. And im running 2.5' exhaust pipe no cats to an apexi tip.....so it sounds like a dirtbike in the video. and the car is now painted

My guess would be leaks. Exhaust and/or vaccum. But definately doesn't sound right at all.

yeah its sounds bad in the video but really its not, it idles at 750 perfectly unless you hit the gas. the part of the video where im under the hood just sounds horrible because my brother almost stalled it a few times

as far as vacuum I have no emissions stuff so i have one hose from the intake mani to FPR, and one to the brake booster. I have a breather filter on the valve cover ventilation for the crankcase
but as far as the exhaust leak I didn't replace the gasket when I re-installed the exh. manifold I noticed that muffled thumping sound ( like an exhaust leak ) was coming from near the exhaust but I didn't think the gasket would make the car run like that. I didn't replace it yet because im still wanting to buy a turbo manifold if I can get it running. the exhaust isn't clogged though and the o2 sensor reading are right , the narrowband AFR works fine

Check your wiring at the MAF for a short or unplug the MAF and see if it makes a difference.

I've tested the maf and its working, I even tried swapping a friends it made no difference. Its voltage readings are in the right range

yeah actually I did, I thought I had covered all my threads, but I forgot this one.
it was timing the whole time, i set it 1000 times according to the fsm, so I thought it was right. when i finally used a timing light which I owned but never used ,it showed me how far off I was....lol
