Well do you want 180-190 at the wheels or the crank. its going to be pretty hard to get the 180-190 NA *edit* 180-190 rwhp, 180-190 crank shouldnt be to hard.

1st Rebuild your engine -get a pretty hot cam -get just about everything done to your head you can (but within relation to your cam profile) -go with a 10.5 or 11 CR -get your bottemend blue printed and fully balenced -mirco plish about eventhing -port match intake and exhaust ports -removal of secondary butterfly -maybe even extrud hon (think thats how its spelled) your intake manifold2nd all bolt ons -full CAI (injen) -hotshot headers -fully 2.5" cat back -2.5" high flow cat -underdrive pully -light flywheel -aluminum drive shaft -gounding kit -full ingintion system -ajustable cam sprocket -ECU reprogram from JWT

may also want to upgrade -larger TB -biger injectors -even try z32 or cobra maf -change transmission and Dif gear oil to synthetic -replace your wheel barings

this list might be over kill but its gets you an idea, i really couldnt say what kind of HP you would have after this but hey sounds nice
