i posted this in the genereal and everyone just made faces at me. lol i know i might get flamed a lil for this. ive searched for months mayeb a few years on the topic on and off> i just recently bought je pistons for 320 they are 9-1 compression and .020 over. my plan is to get a set of eagle rods to build a good bottom end i want to do the arp main bolts and head studs with an hks head gasket. i know the stock intake will hold imlooking for high 300s low 400s with the build. my question is mainly what computer will be best for my need it is a street car i will be driving every day. and i want to build the bottom end and put the block in with all the stock parts to breack it in. im short on cash flow so it will give me time to accumulate the turbo parts i need. but will ths work? i havent heard anything on it but as far as i know it is theoretically possible? im sorry ofr the stupid question i love this site it has evrything and more. just info about the ka or ka-t is hard to come by even with the full use of the search button.=P thank you for your time.

Yes, putting just about any Ka24de together and running it with a stock ECU and injectors is fine.

For 400ish hp, go with either a rom tune or something like Nistune. Chipped ECUs are the way to go for 500 hp and under.
