You installed a turbo kit and don't know why it won't make it boost?

Check your vacuum lines, intercooler piping and couplers, and EVERYTHING you did.

i checked everything over and it all looks good all the piping is connectedand everything is tight and no leaks and it does go in to 20 vaccuum and when i give it gas the needle shakes but does not go in to boost... could it maybe have something to do with clocking the turbo is this a possibility? thanks for the help

Is your wastegate on properly? Or is it an internally gated turbo?

When you clocked the turbo, did you tighten everything back to spec?

Tug on the wastegate actuator rod, it should be firm, if it's broken it might be loose and not letting the turbo build any boost. Just a thought..

also the blowoff valve may be leaking, I had an 1st gen SSQV that was leaking from the top vaccum nipple. i could build like. 1psi-2psi max on a T25.. replaced the BOV and got my full 8psi back
