ka24det or sr20det build??

ok so heres my predicament... i just started a s14 build n i cant decide if i want to keep the ka24de motor thats in it n turbo it or do the ever famous sr20det swap.. so my question is which would give me more in the long run for cheaper or just would be the overall better motor to build up over time... ne help is greatly appreciated im stuck at this point n my build till i decide what to do from here...

Both will pretty much cost the same if done appropriately. I'd go kat for the extra torque. Wish I would have finished mine before changing my mind.

It is all about preference. This thread is going to get locked. Do some research and ride in a few cars before you decide.. Either way it is a Nissan engine. ;)
