ka24det fpr setup help

hey guys i dont know if they ask this ? already but i searched on here first but with no luck so here is my ?.i want to know what is a good safe setting i could run before i get it tune on the dyno. so here is my set up.

95 ka24de
t25/t28 turbo (set at stock boost for now which is 7psi)
Inducer = 53.1 MM
Exducer = 46.3 MM
Trim = 76
A/R = 0.86
eagle rods
stock forge pistons
fmic
nistune ecu
sr 370cc injectors
welbaro 255lph fuel pump
apexi avc-r boost controller
cometic head gasket
arp head studs
