I'd love to chit chat, but after burning DAYS on searching thru Here, Zilvia, and KA-T.org and using KA24DER.com as a reference, I've compiled a list for supercharging my ka.

I have my rebuilt kit on the way anyhow so I'm convincing myself to do it all in one bang.

So far my list is :poke:

Z32 Maf
550cc DW injectors
Walbro 255 Pump
Battery Relocation Kit
Oil Filter Relocation Kit
AEM Wideband
Q45 Throttle Body
KA24DER.com SC Mount Kit
Eaton M62 SC
Agency Power Throttle Pulley
ARP Head Studs
Cometic Gasket Set

***after I get most of it done, I'll look into a FMIC*** :gotme


For the most part, I feel confident that my list is near completion yet, the main issue i have in my head is tuning and engine manangement. Sure if I had money Out the A@$ i would get AEM Series 2 EMS, yet KA24DER.com recommended Nistune... Should i roll with what they say? or Save the money and get AEM EMS? I don't want to Cut Corners on this build because Reliability is the Point (especially being stationed in Germany, I road race the Nurburgring every so often) :werd:

Also with the Q45 TB thing, is that even necessary? because this forum's answers i've searched are iffy about it. I am considering this ITB setup with my SC setup, yet this site isn't clear about what is included and what isn't.

So You are in Germany? Where are you getting a KA24de? Whynot just boost the hell out of the 4 port CA, like everyone else?

And you are familiar with how much Germany doesn't want you to touch your car right?

Just noticed you have an S14... weren't they SR in Deutschland?

Well My 95 S14 is American with the KA in it.
I am familiar with German emission laws and inspection rules and TUV and all that jazz, yet it doesn't apply to me since im inspected on base........ and im vehicle maintenance( who works with base vehicle registration) = SWAG lmao.....

i won't swap a CA cuz its not drivable in my state since they only came in S13s
and SRs for sale would be easier to import (SO HARD TO FIND UNLESS FROM UK) but more expesive due to currency rates)

best suggestion would be to find the tuner you trust tuning your setup and ask him what software he prefers tuning with..

well im doing the same Setup that you are doing but you wont get a FMIC on there you will want to look into water meth and a diff boost pully ITB im pretty sure wont work ssince the KA24der kit bolts to the factory upper intake the q45 TB is because thats what they used for the fitment so pro wouldnt hurt to go by what they said as its their kit and all but other than that your on the right track

all i can really advise you to do is have as much sex with as many german girls as possible.

ahhhh ok so no IC needed? what about a Air to Water? i am starting to "catch my wits up" on water/alcohol/meth injection...... thanks for the info :dblthumb:

as far as what i know there are no water to air kits avaliable as of yet since the SC kit is still in small production and all. In there have been a couple threads started but none really made it. worse case if you want specefic info there is Adamky on KAT.org who has a setup and been running it for a while set at 14lbs with a 49/51 setup i think if my numbers are correct if you do say 12lbs of boost you wont have to do water meth. Downside of that is that you pro wont see 300 RWHP. and the ther guys is send in a message from the KA24der website they have always gotten back to me. so dont hesitate to hit em up
