The easiest way is to hook the engine hoist up to the engine and lift high enough for you to get the oil pan out! Don't you have the the oil pickup tube out with the pump?? Cause in that case just take the bolts off of the oil pan and you should have enough room to drop and pull the pan out! Also to put it back on with the oil pump and pickup tube, do it this way:
1) Let the oil pan rest on the cross member, yes meaning don't bolt it back up, and have a layer of liquid gasket on the area of the pan where it will contact the block!
2) From an angel try to get the pickup tube into the pan, w/o damaging the screen or anything else, and bolt up the pump.
3) Put a layer of liquid gasket on the pan on the front, where it will contact the oil pump.
4) bolt up the pan and then everything else and there ya go!

You just did a head gasket...... Of coarse there is gonna be coolant in your oil. I never do a hg w/o doing a coolant flush and Oil change.

Thats right! Dude download the FSM (factory service manual) for it! It answers all your questions and that is how the timing is in the FSM too!
