KA24de wont start, will start with help.

Hello all, I'm havein some trouble getting my 92 240 to start. The car used to have a SR20 in it but i had another shell that was better so i put that motor into that car and put the KA into this one. The car is getting spark, getting fuel, has great compression. I can spray starting fluid into where the fuel injectors are and and it will start. The injectors are spraying. IDK if i'm correct but when i was checking to see if the injectors were putting out fuel, they were pulsing out fuel but all at the same time, now i thought that they all fired at different times, not all at once. Can anyone help?
