Ka24de Wont start...Please help

Hello this is my first post I wish it wasnt about this though..Well anyways I have a 1990 s13 with a ka24de that wont start I have done research all day and everything seems to point to ignition timing...I have plenty of spark and plenty of fuel the engine cranks strong and I can smell fuel loading up but she will not start...I checked the engine timing it seems good The spark plugs and wires are brand new I have checked all fuses grounds and plugs everything seems to be in great shape...I have also done the tdc ignition timing about 3 times and have gotten nothing..I am stuck..Any ideas anything else I should check....Like I said got fuel and spark but no start

you sure your timing chain is in timing open the valve cover and put it a TDC and check the CAMS
